Facilities Use Information

Interested in reserving space for your next memorial, recital, family gathering or community meeting? 

Our Fellowship Hall is an open style room with no pillars, a stage, retractable screen and several ways you can set it up.  There is also a kitchen which can be reserved during an event. Depending on the set up, the space can fit about 70 people at large round tables and even more for a theatre style or standing reception set up. Depending on the event, our courtyard may be available for use.

We also have a conference room with room for 10 people to sit comfortably around the table, plus seating on the sides of the room. 

Our policy is to request a voluntary donation to Lutheran Church in the Foothills for use of our facilities. We can suggest a range for such donation depending on factors such as the time interval for your event; the size of the room and the number of people you are trying to accomodate; and your status as a church member; not for profit organzation; private person; or commercial enterprise.
