You are invited to explore and share your musical inclinations in the praise and worship of God! We are blessed with the able leadership of Music Director Mark Anzelon and Keyboardist Sun Coe. Mark and Sun enhance our worship weekly with their liturgical music compositions and guitar, and piano and organ artistry.
Anthem Choir
The Anthem Choir is a mixed voice choir that regularly sings during the Offering at our 10 AM Worship during the school year. A variety of sacred music, both accompanied and a capella is rehearsed on Thursday evenings at 7:30-9 PM. (Wednesday eves during Advent and Lent). An annual choir retreat is held each October to begin preparations for the Annual Christmas Concert. A Choir Sunday reprises favorites each June before summer break.
Our Father's Band
A small ensemble of piano, electric guitar, electric bass, acoustic guitar and sometimes percussion leads our 10 AM Worship once a month, usually on third Sundays. They provide energy and different styles of music during hymns and postludes that the congregation enjoys very much.
The "Touchdown" Singers
This informal quartet (plus or minus) occasionally gathers to bring a gift of music to those hospitalized, convalescing, or unable to attend worship. They occasionally sing at worship during the summer months too. A capella favorite hymns, with harmony ad lib.
Special Music
During the summer months, instrumentalists and vocalists are welcomed to provide music during worship as an offering to God. Preludes, offertories, postludes, meditations...
On holidays and festival days, instrumentalists are often needed to bring special joy and celebration to worship. Perhaps you would like to share your gifts on occasions such as these?
